i suggest rock pi 4c+ as hardware running android . i’m starting this project with limited ressourses and so long time wating for products…as i’m from tunisia i’m experiencing a lot of problem in elevery
On budget, I would recommend cheap Chinese Android radio head units. They have all the power management, fast boot etc what you need with vehicle usage.
