Stuck on connecting loop - Maxxecu/android usb

I’m trying to connect my phone to my maxxecu mini using a usb cable, and it is just stuck on a loop that says connecting. Any solutions to this?

Just ran a quick test on MaxxECU street and it works fine for me.

Typical problems with USB connection are:

  • Bad OTG converter cable (some have only charging capability)
  • You have not given RealDash a permission to use USB. RealDash does not ask it again.

I doubt the cable is a problem, as it works great with Maxxecu’s PC software. I gave all permissions at launch but nothing at all happens when i plug in the cable. I sent a debug log to the email as well.
