I’m looking for how to synchronize the flashing of several rpm display LEDs?
I set the same flashing time but each LED has a difference of 400 rpm and therefore my red LEDs flash randomly

Unfortunately I don’t fully understand what you mean. To my opinion, easiest way to create shift lights is using Indicator Cluster Gauge. See this post for quick instructions:
