This premium dashboard is not purchased for this user

Hello,
It had been almost a year since I last made any changes to my dashboard because it was working at over 80% of what I expected :slight_smile:
I updated RD on all my devices to version 2.6.6
I just made a few changes to my dashboard on Windows.
When I try to load the .rd file on my Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 tablet, the app closes without any message.
So I tried it on another Android device (Samsung S9 Plus) and now I get the message “
This premium dashboard is not purchased for this user.”
I am a subscribed user, and this is the same dashboard I’ve been working on for the past two years.
Can you please help me?

Resolved !
I uninstalled the Realdash app from my smartphone, removed the device from my list, reinstalled the app, and reconnected to my account.
This solved the message issue on my Samsung S9, but I’m still having the other problem on my tablet. I’ll start a new thread
