Unlocked dashboard not appearing on other android device

Hello,

I downloaded some paid dashboards via my google play store account on my mobile, but when using my android tablet connected to the same play store account the RealDash app is not showing them as unlocked. If I try to purchase them again the purchase fails because I already own them.

Can someone please explain how I can refresh my unlocked list?

It happened to me… My solution was:

My correction was, clear app cache, enter the app, connect with google play games, fully exit the app, enter again and “boom” done!
