Hi All,
This is my second post about looping connections but now I’m trying with my K+Dcan adapter.
My car is a BMW E90, I tried using my K+Dcan adapter and In connections I chose OBD > BAUD 9200 and the other setting as automatic. The “detect protocol” button will show in the window
“connecting to dcan”
“connected to dcan”
“atd”
“atd” (in green writing, I’m assuming that’s the response)
But despite trying many different settings I can’t seem to get anything other than “connecting to dcan” loop.
I did however have a perfect connection using “deep obd” which is an android app designed for BMW and VAG cars, not only did it connect but it pulled error codes from every ECU on my car which shows it is possible but I have no idea how to start troubleshooting this?
Any ideas? Purchased both Realdash and Bavarian but I can’t use anything properly at the moment
