There seems to be a bug where Realash doesn’t save new information added in the value properties. Everything seems fine but once the power is turned off all the setting are loss. My car ECU is Link and I’m running realdash through my Android headhead unit.
You need to close or take RealDash to background in order to save some of the input states. If you just pull the power those are not saved and you are doomed to corrupt your OS file system at some point anyways.
I have been asked to add a system that periodically saves the odometer, tripmeter and whatnots, but I’m not going to do that. Pulling power in middle of save will corrupt the files and likely cause RealDash not to start anymore.
