Winge Time, Requests/Issues found

A friend and I have been using RealDash for the last week or so and during our use, we observed a few things.

copying gauges/items does not retain/load the images, reloading the .RD fixes it (graphical issue)
copying gauges/items need to retain x,y,z locations (for replicating pages)
ability to zoom in and out during editing for finer adjustments
ability to set a canvass size
what are containers for?
containers can be moved while the dash is in use (is this their function)
ability to group and organise gauges
add rulers/guides (like all adobe products)
multiple selected items to scale uniformly

I’m sure we will find more things to complain about  but that will do for now

Thanks

Regards
Simon

Quite a list, but lets take a look.

copying gauges/items does not retain/load the images, reloading the .RD fixes it (graphical issue)
Probably a bug

copying gauges/items need to retain x,y,z locations (for replicating pages)
Use context menu: ‘Size and Position->Match’ or ‘Size and Position->Make same size’

ability to zoom in and out during editing for finer adjustments
Use Edit bar (context menu: ‘Size and Position->Show Editbar’) to adjust gauge location and size to pixel perfect.

ability to set a canvass size
This would be nice. We tried to have window resize feature on Windows 10 version (F5-F8).

what are containers for?
To group and organize gauges

containers can be moved while the dash is in use (is this their function)
Do not understand what this means.

ability to group and organise gauges
Use the containers

add rulers/guides (like all adobe products)
Use the edit grid: Settings->Application->5th page

multiple selected items to scale uniformly
They do scale on same drag proportion.
