I see that you have shared a dashboard in MRD. Just wondering that there is no screenshot attached in your shared dashboard. RealDash is supposed to take and upload the screenshot automatically when dash is uploaded. Did something odd happen when you used the ‘Upload to My RealDash’ option?
The problem with signup email is fixed (again). This time Amazon put us to block list, which is strange as we buy email service from them 
But anyways, its working now.
it was a dashboard that I uploaded before the update, the uploads I made afterwards are normal.
