Spitronics Mecury 3 connectivity issue

I have a Spitronics Mecury 3 connected through the usb to uart cable. Realdash does see the usb to uart and i do have the correct baud rate but im getting an unknow device error code 17. Got any ideas?

Hi there, do you use the original USB to UART cable from Spitronics, if yes try use the bluetooth or wifi dongle! The cable from Spitronics uses some weird isolating ICs, could be your issue!
