We do not store old APK versions. Some people find them from Internet.
Save option writes the file to the same place where its loaded from. If that is not possible (read only folder), the Save as option is shown instead.
2.6.8 update seems to have fixed this issue for everyone else but you. What is different on your setup, I do not know. You can help us:
